Peter J. Prickett

President/Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Prickett brings 25 years of diverse experience in the management of community bank environments. His background, knowledge and leadership in commercial, mortgage, consumer lending and cash management services have positioned the bank as a market leader in the Fox Valley.

Mr. Prickett is on the Board of Directors for Clarity Care, and is involved with numerous civic organizations in the community including the Oshkosh Boys and Girls Club.

Michael W. Boettcher

Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Boettcher has been with First National Bank ~ Fox Valley for over 10 years. His combination of experience, market knowledge and integrity has been integral to the bank’s strong growth including the expansion from one to four full service locations.

Mr. Boettcher is Chairman of the finance council for St. Raphael’s Parish in Oshkosh, he is also active in numerous civic organizations throughout the Fox Valley.

Wenda M. Roycraft

Senior Vice President/Treasury Management and Loan Servicing

Ms. Roycraft has over 20 years of banking experience. Her strong character, work ethic and technical expertise compliments our lending and loan operation teams, which allows the bank to consistently provide superior customer service.

Ms. Roycraft is on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Family Business Forum, she’s also involved with other civic organizations including St. Elizabeth’s Foundation and the United Way.

Kathleen M. Blumreich

Senior Vice President/Retail Banking

In her 25 years at First National Bank ~ Fox Valley, Ms. Blumreich has worked in a variety of roles. Her knowledge of the industry, compassionate attitude and ability to connect with customers make her ideally suited to lead the bank’s retail team.

Ms. Blumreich is involved with numerous area charities including serving on the board of Youth Go, and the Neenah Menasha Noon Optimist Club.

John M. Hintze

Vice President/Commercial Banking

Mr. Hintze has 10 years of commercial banking experience specializing in complex finance solutions including SBA lending and Treasury/Cash Management services to create customized, full-service banking for commercial clients throughout each stage of their business life cycle. Mr. Hintze’s experience brings a fresh approach to straightforward banking.

Mr. Hintze is on the board of the Christine Ann Center for Domestic Abuse as well as various environmental non-profit organizations.

Julie A. Wulterkens

Vice President/Commercial Banking

Ms. Wulterkens has over 30 years of banking experience. Her solid background and financial expertise allows her to effectively evaluate and implement the appropriate financial solutions, including loans and cash management, for commercial clients.

Ms. Wulterkens serves as the Board President for Future Neenah, Inc, and serves on the United Way Fox Cities Board of Directors.

Timothy J. Vogelsang

Assistant Vice President/Commercial Banking

Mr. Vogelsang brings six years of banking experience to commercial, mortgage and personal lending. His banking background gives him a unique perspective when meeting with customers to fully analyze their financial needs.

Mr. Vogelsang is a mentor for the Junior Achievement Business Challenge and on the program subcommittee for the Wisconsin Family Business Forum.

Clance B. Catlin

Assistant Vice President/Commercial Banking

Mr. Catlin has 8 years of banking experience. His background, combined with his value added approach to banking, makes him an excellent fit for First National Bank - Fox Valley.

Mr. Catlin was born and raised in the Fox Valley, he has a degree in economics from Marquette and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business at UW-Milwaukee.

David G. Kruck

Commercial Lender

Mr. Kruck has four years of banking experience including loan analysis and underwriting. His integrity, enthusiasm and strong commercial background allow Mr. Kruck to work individually with his commercial clients providing personalized and in-depth service.

Melissa Watzlawick

Assistant Vice President/Retail Banking

Ms. Watzlawick has over 10 years of banking experience in the Fox Valley. Her background, experience and professionalism are essential to the growth of our customer base and successful implementation of expanded retail services.

Ms. Watzlawick is involved with various civic and community organizations in the Fox Valley.

Brian R. Julius

Asst. Vice President Mortgage/Private Banking

Mr. Julius has 10 years of banking experience in mortgage, commercial and private banking. His varied background allows him to better identify the best solutions based on your need.

Mr. Julius is president of the Menasha Action Council and the Menasha Rotary. He also coaches Menasha Legion Baseball and the Freshman Girls Basketball team for St. Mary’s Central in Menasha.

Karri A. Bedor

Assistant Vice President/Mortgage Banking Manager

Ms. Bedor has nine years mortgage lending experience. She enjoys working with and educating clients and connecting them with the mortgage that best meets their needs.

Ms. Bedor is active in the Realtors Association of Northeastern Wisconsin, and the Fox Valley Home Builders Association.

Chad Miller

Mortgage/Private Banking Officer

Mr. Miller has six years of mortgage lending experience. While he enjoys all aspects of the home financing process, his favorite part is seeing the look in the home buyer’s eyes when they are handed the keys to their new home, knowing that he played a vital role in coordinating the financing.

Mr. Miller is an active member of the Winnebago County Home Builders Association.
